We really enjoyed our tour.
Our guide arrived at 9, as planned.
Our tour guide drove safely, and we had 1.5 hours at the Grand Mosque, which was stunning.
The art gallery was more of a shop, but still nice to see.

RAH TOUR - DAY Trip to Abu Dhabi.

We booked the RAH tour for the day trip to Abu Dhabi from Dubai and the driver Prince was punctual to pick us from the hotel. Overall had a great trip wit RAH tours.

The pick-up time in the booking was 9:00 a.m., the driver contacted us by What's App the day before the tour and told us that the pick-up time will be 9:15 a.m. The driver arrived at 9:45 a.m. He was 30 minutes late. Then all people who came for the tour had to wait another 15-20 minutes for another person who was late for the tour, so we ended up leaving for the tour one hour late. I don't understand why we all had to wait for someone who was more than 45 minutes late.
The first stop was Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center and then we were taken to some kind of "museum" which wasn't really a museum it was a tourist trap with shops. We had like less than 10 minutes tour in that "museum" and then for another 30 minutes or more they were trying to sell us stuff, so we wasted our time for nothing. In our tour booking was stated that we will be taken to Abu Dhabi Mall, where we can spend two hours and have our lunch there instead the driver took us to some local buffet restaurant where we didn't want to eat as we didn't like the food there, so we had to wait for other people who decided to eat there. We were not taken to Heritage Village as it was stated in the booking. Seriously, I'm not trying to be horrible, but this tourist agency really should try to improve their service as we didn't enjoy our tour at all.
