Most of the towers are empty, from the sea they resemble rows of dildoes, if the arabs really want foreigners to expat and work here they need to relax the laws to suit, there are more cant do's than can do's in their rule book.
However this doesn't apply to the indigenous.
Layover tour of Dubai

I had a wonderful layover tour of Dubai with Zeeshan. He was so kind, thorough, engaging, fun and amazing! I was able to see all the sites I had hoped to explore and he made the experience especially interesting! I highly recommend this tour and Zeeshan as a guide. I truly enjoyed every minute!

Wow! What an amazing tour and knowledgeable tour guide. Nauman was professional from pick-up to drop off, explained a great deal of things about Dubai to us we feel like his tour was worth every single penny. Our VIP tickets to Burj Khalifa were an amazing touch as well. We would’ve been waiting in a very long line if we didn’t have the vip ticket and we got to go up to the vip lounge on the 145 floor, amazing! If you are a little nervous to book let this review put you at ease. You won’t regret it!

It was really nice layover trip, if you have 10-11hour layover you can chose this. Mounir was really nice , friendly and was really informative if you want to plan some other activities as I had longer layover , he really even helped me take all the beautiful pictures and in the end dropped me for Burj Khalifa and showed the path and everything as I wanted my last drop not airport .
In short, it was really great experience to take with you in short time

My guide, Mounir, welcomed me kindly.
It was my first time transit in Dubai, on the way to Amman, Jordan.
I only have three or four hours, but it went well.

He knows best locations for taking picture, the best route to visit. And he knows a lot, such as history of the city, and even my country's culture, then we talked a lot.

I strongly recommend this private tour to the tourist who has few hours of transit, but wants to see everything in Dubai.
