An Absolutely Amazing Experience.

It was wonderful seeing the falcons fly. There speed and agility is something to behold up close. Was really amazing having the opportunity to hold the owls. Also all of the hosts were very gracious and informative. Tato was an excellent guide who was an encyclopedia of information about the area and the wildlife. And the breakfast to end the trip was perfect. I would recommend sitting on the patio for the breakfast and taking in the wonderful view!

Absolutely one of the most beautiful experiences in my life. Everything was perfect, our guide Mohamed Atif was very kind and hilarious during all the tour, he translated every speech in italian for my family, the tour was really amazing starting with the Falconary tour (so impressive to see these beautiful and royal birds), breakfast was super organised and full of delicious local food, the interaction between the company, the locals and the nature was so respectful and beautiful to see, the Camel ride was so gorgeous to do (highly recommended).
My feedbacks for this tour are all positives, can’t wait for the evening tour and see the differences whit the morning one.

Hosam picked us up in a perfectly detaied Range Rover and took us to our Balloon adventure. He shared his incredible knowledge of the region and the people. We are still talking about the things we learned.
After our balloon adventure, Hosam provided an excellent nature tour of the preserve. He was an excellent guide, and we can't say enough about his professionalism.
As for the rest of the team at Platinum Heritage, they were all outstanding. Every event we participated in from the hot-air balloon to the falconry, camel ride, a gourmet breakfast, and the nature tour were perfectly orchestrated. Not a single detail was missed, and our safety, comfort, and satisfaction were clearly their top priority from beginning to end. If you have time for only one activity when you visit Dubai, make it one of the many offerings from this group. You won't be disappointed.

Despite the bad weather, the tour was very pleasant. We were able to get to know how hawks and owls live, as well as the Arabian oryx. Our Brazilian guide JAMES BOND is very kind and provided us with great family moments.
