Whistle stop tour!

Was picked up nearly 2 hours late (from scheduled time) so was worried we weren’t going to fit everything in! The driver took us to places, and you went around by yourself.
It was a busy day in the heat, take lots of water!! We did visit the main tourist attractions in Abu Dhabi. Lots of opportunities for taking photographs, which was nice.
Sheikh Zayed Mosque was certainly the highlight, and the reason i booked the tour. Such a stunning building!
The tour ended with a stop at Yas Ferrari world!
Remember to take some AED with you, as lunch is not provided, and you stop at a few places for souvineers. We had the choice of where to go, which was good. Enabled us to catch up with some lost time!

The places we toured were amazing, but our tour guide didn't really speak to us. He would let us know when we arrived at a place and how much time we had there, but didn't give us the history anywhere which was a bummer! You are given a cover-up to wear at the mosque for free but be aware they are very plain. I brought my own scarf to wear on my head as did most other women. We stopped randomly during the tour and our tour guide pointed out two restaurants that we had to choose from for lunch, neither looked great. Then 30 minutes after lunch we stopped at the mall where Ferrari World is and there are way more food options that are less expensive. If I were to do this again I would choose another tour company to one that would be more talkative and give us the history of the place. -USA Traveler
